To protect the equipment and promote rider safety, all customers renting water slides or inflatable attractions must read and follow the rules below throughout the rental period.

Weight and Capacity Restrictions

Designed Primary Users: Water slides and inflatables are manufactured primarily for children and may not be suitable for larger or heavier adults.
Maximum Weight Limit: Individuals weighing over 200 lbs are not permitted on any part of the equipment at any time.
Ladder and Climbing Capacity:
- Children: Maximum of 2 children climbing or occupying the top platform at one time.
- Adults under 200 lbs: Maximum of 1 adult on the slide structure at a time.
Slide Lane Capacity:
- Single-lane slides: One person at a time.
- Double-lane slides: Maximum of 2 people at a time, with one person per lane. Never slide together in the same lane.

Damage and Repair Costs

Exceeding weight limits or overcrowding the equipment can place excessive stress on seams and internal structures, potentially causing tears, vinyl damage, or structural failure.

Repair Liability: Repairs caused by overweight use or violations of capacity limits may cost approximately $800–$1,200, depending on the damage.
Financial Responsibility: The renter is responsible for applicable repair costs and transportation fees required to take damaged equipment to a third-party repair facility.

A Personal Note from the Owner:

We invest significant money in our equipment so children can enjoy it safely. When equipment is damaged by overweight riders or misuse, repair costs can exceed the rental revenue, and the equipment may be unavailable for other scheduled rentals while being repaired. We use a third-party company for commercial sewing and vinyl repairs, so repair costs are not entirely within our control. Please help protect the equipment by ensuring that individuals weighing over 200 lbs do not use the inflatables.

2. Water Slide Rental Instructions

Turn on the slide's blower to inflate the slide.
Place the water hose into the pool and fill it at least halfway with water.
Connect your water hose to the sprinkler hose already attached to the top of the slide and hanging down its side. The attached hose is long enough to reach the ground, allowing you to connect it without climbing to the top.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment

Please review your order details and invoice carefully. Reply to the confirmation email with “I agree with the rental agreement/invoice” if everything is correct. If anything needs to be corrected, contact us before the rental.

Website prices may vary. The invoice provided for your order reflects the final cost breakdown, including applicable fees.

Payment Due: The remaining balance is due at delivery, not pickup. Payment may be made by cash, card, or check at delivery. No payment means no delivery or setup. If your deposit was not processed on the website, call 623-255-9559.
Card Charges: Charges may appear on your statement under Bounce House Rentals AZ or an affiliated partner name. If you have questions about a transaction, call 623-255-9559.

4. Delivery, Site Conditions and Property Access Consent

Site Preparation: The setup area and all access paths must be clear of obstacles and completely free of dog or cat waste. If pet waste is present, the crew may refuse setup and cancel the order. The renter will be charged the full rental cost using the payment method on file, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Identification and Delivery Times: Valid identification is required at delivery. Delivery times are estimates, and a delivery is not considered late until after the scheduled party start time.
Property Access and Retrieval: Delivery will be made to the address specified by the renter. The renter authorizes Bounce House Rentals AZ and its authorized agents and employees to enter the property at reasonable times as necessary to deliver, service, and retrieve the rental equipment. The renter must provide safe and lawful access to the equipment for pickup. If access is blocked by a locked gate or padlock and the renter is unavailable, Bounce House Rentals AZ will contact the renter and arrange lawful access rather than assume unrestricted permission to damage property or cut a lock.

5. Sanitation Guidelines

All units are sanitized after each use. If you wish to perform additional sanitizing during your rental, the following products may be used:

Bioesque Botanical Disinfectant Solution
Alcohol containing at least 60% rubbing alcohol or ethanol
Simple Green d PRO 3 PLUS
Hydrogen peroxide
Lysol Clean & Fresh Multi-Surface Cleaner

Important: Follow the product label and equipment manufacturer's instructions. Where appropriate, rinse or clean treated surfaces with water after 10 minutes. Do not mix cleaning products, and ensure surfaces are safe for use before allowing riders back onto the equipment.

6. Safety Rules and Operating Instructions

Follow all safety rules posted on the inflatable at all times.
A responsible adult must supervise the equipment continuously throughout its use.
During high winds or severe weather, remove all riders, unplug the unit, and deflate it when safe to do so. Shut down the inflatable immediately if wind speeds exceed 20 mph.
Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and sharp objects from pockets before entering.
Do not use Silly String, paint, tape, marshmallows, candy, food, drinks, gum, or other sticky substances on or near the unit.
No flips, somersaults, rough play, wrestling, piling on, or bouncing into walls or corner posts.
Do not climb on sidewalls, nets, or entrance ramps. Never jump from the top of a slide.
Group riders by similar size and follow all posted capacity and weight limits.
Pregnant individuals, small infants, and individuals with head, neck, or back injuries must not use the equipment.
Do not use water hoses on dry inflatables. Drain splash pools if they are left unattended unless the area is secured behind a locked fence.
Pets are not allowed in, on, or around inflatables. Pet-related damage or contamination may incur a minimum $180 repair or sanitation fee.
Deflation Troubleshooting: If the unit begins to deflate, have all riders exit immediately. Check the power outlet and circuit breaker, confirm that the blower intake screen is clear, and ensure the air tubes at the back of the unit are tied securely. If the problem continues, call 623-255-9559.

7. Cancellations, Rain Policy and Scheduling

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable but may be retained as a rain-check credit for future use for up to 14 months. Unused credits expire after 14 months. Once the equipment has been delivered, 100% of the rental cost is due, and no refunds will be provided, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Rain Policy: Rain alone does not necessarily damage the equipment. If you choose to cancel on the day of your event because of rain, you may receive a rain-check credit valid for 14 months, subject to the deposit policy above.
Scheduling Conflicts and Equipment Substitutions: If an item is double-booked or found to be damaged before delivery, Bounce House Rentals AZ will offer a substitute of equal or greater value. If the renter declines the substitute, the order will be canceled and the deposit will be refunded in full.

8. Optional Damage Insurance

Optional damage coverage is available for certain accidental damage, including qualifying wear and minor tears.

Damage coverage does not cover theft, vandalism, negligence, damage caused by overweight riders, or damage resulting from failure to follow posted safety rules. Repair costs resulting from weight or capacity violations remain the renter's responsibility, subject to the coverage terms and applicable law.

9. Legal Terms, Liability Waiver and Release

By replying to the confirmation email or otherwise signing or accepting this agreement with the statement “I agree with the rental agreement/invoice,” the renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms, subject to applicable law.

Assumption of Risk

The renter acknowledges that using inflatable equipment involves inherent and foreseeable risks to the renter, guests, and invitees, including falls, slips, collisions, property damage, bodily injury, illness, or death. To the extent permitted by law, the renter voluntarily assumes the risks associated with the use of the equipment.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the renter releases and agrees to hold harmless Bounce House Rentals AZ and its agents, employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from claims arising out of the rental or use of the equipment, including claims involving injury or property damage. Any release relating to negligence or any obligation to indemnify Bounce House Rentals AZ is limited to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

Legal Fees and Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, the renter agrees to reimburse Bounce House Rentals AZ for reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending against claims covered by an enforceable indemnification obligation. Any legal action relating to this agreement shall be brought in the appropriate court in Arizona and governed by Arizona law, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements. If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Age, Insurance and Supervision

The renter represents that they are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement. The renter is responsible for maintaining appropriate homeowner's or liability insurance, if available and applicable, or for personally bearing costs for which the renter is legally responsible. The renter must ensure continuous adult supervision of the equipment throughout its use.

Equipment Loss, Damage and Cleaning Charges

The renter is responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in the renter's care, except to the extent the loss or damage is attributable to Bounce House Rentals AZ's responsibility under applicable law or the agreed coverage terms.

To the extent authorized by this agreement and permitted by law, the renter authorizes charges to the payment method on file for unpaid rental balances, documented damage, and applicable cleaning fees. Cleaning charges may include up to $45 per hour for removal of food, drinks, or Silly String; a minimum $180 fee for pet waste or other foreign substances; and the reasonable replacement cost of equipment that cannot be restored. Charges must reflect the applicable fees and actual circumstances.

Affiliates and Cancellation

Bounce House Rentals AZ may share order information with authorized affiliates when reasonably necessary to fulfill the order, provide related services, or comply with legal obligations, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Bounce House Rentals AZ may cancel or suspend a reservation, delivery, or rental agreement when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, equipment damage, unavailability, nonpayment, or other legitimate operational reasons. Any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above and applicable law.
